Sara bought it... wants it shipped! The crate contained a large amethyst cathedral. Captured at the Tucson Electric Park Gem and Mineral Show.

President Theodore Roosevelt once said... "Let us rather run the risk of wearing out than rusting out."

It appears this little gem... once a shiny and sparkling specimen off the showroom floor... has experienced both.

Skeletons of the Mountain Top

The steel skeleton frame of a radio transmission tower begins it's rise above the charred skeletons of Ponderosa Pine trees destroyed by fire in 2003. This photograph was taken at the top of Ski Valley at Mt Lemmon (Tucson) Arizona at a ground elevation of 9300 feet.
